Recipe for Tasty and Super Healthy Kale and Mango Salad



Mango and Kale Salad

If you thought you were mistaken, yes this salad includes raw kale which is healthy and tasty when combined with other ingredients. This nutrient filled salad is good for your health and the sweet mango flavor balances the overall taste which means you won’t have to struggle to finish your meal; you’ll actually love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of diced red onions

  • Quarter cup of finely chopped kale

  • Quarter cup of square diced mango

  • Quarter cup of diced avocado

  • Quarter cup of diced cucumber

  • Quarter cup of chopped carrots

Ingredients for Dressing

  • One teaspoon of fermented milk (Alternatively you could use plain yogurt)

  • One teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime juice

  • One pinch of salt

  • one pinch of ground black peppermint

Chicken

  • Use a small chicken thigh or breast without the skin

  • One pinch of salt

  • One pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Kale and Mango Salad

Procedure

  • Chop the chicken into cubes of about 1 inch in size. Add salt and pepper

  • Heat a frying pan and add coconut oil

  • Lightly fry the chicken cubes until they are slightly browned

  • If the chicken is too dry you can add some broth

  • Mix the chicken with all the raw ingredients and add the dressing

  • Toss the salad and you’re ready to serve.
