Finding healthy tasty snacks is not always easy. Usually, most snacks have are high in saturated fats, carbs, and salt content. Making your own healthy snack need not be such an uphill task if you have the right recipe. Some may think that eating healthy means eating unseasoned food without any flavor. Indeed, this is a false outlook. The Turkey wrap with cilantro is a great snack because it contains all the required nutrients and it very tasty.
For this great recipe you will need the following ingredients:
Pieces of Organic turkey or organic ground turkey
Cilantro Avocado Dressing
Note that one wrap will consist of turkey pieces (or one serving spoon of ground turkey), a large leaf of lettuce and a tablespoon of cilantro avocado dressing.
Procedure: Prepare your turkey according to your preference (preferably baked). Once it is ready, place the pieces on a sizable leaf of lettuce and drizzle a tablespoon of the cilantro avocado dressing on the turkey pieces. Roll the leaf into a cylindrical shape.
Serve with your preferred drink.
