Natural Lemonade Recipe

Natural Lemonade is a great drink that is easy to make and packed with nutrients that are needed to maintain good health.  Here’s a simple recipe for this great drink which you can drink at any time of the day.

Healthy Lemonade in a Jar


  • Freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons
  • Sugar or honey syrup
  • Fresh rosemary (you could burn some of the leaves with a matchstick to release more flavors)
  • Ice cubes (this is optional)
  • About half a cup of water- preferably fresh spring or filtered water


Simply mix together all the ingredients and enjoy.
