A Simple Recipe for a Healthy Radish Salad

The next time you buy radishes, try not to discard the leafy green parts. They come in handy when preparing a healthy radish salad. The salad could include some delectable meaty treats including fish, roast meat, pork or even chicken. You could also add some avocado to the dish. Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients
- Red radishes
- Thinly chopped fennel (if unavailable you could use red onions)
- Grated carrots
For the Dressing
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin olive
- 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon/ lime juice
- A couple of grinds of black pepper
- A pinch of salt
Procedure
- Mix the salad ingredients together
- Mix together all the dressing ingredients and douse over the salad
- Toss the salad
- Serve fresh
